We aim to dispatch the stocked items in 1-3 working days after confirming your purchase.
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination and are automatically calculated during checkout.
We ship with FedEx, GLS, DHL, or Ctt.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries:
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

All prices are final prices, excluding shipping costs.
We accept PayPal or payment by bank transfer. All transactions will be in euros.
Please note that all charges for bank transfers are for the customer.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of product photographs and descriptions on the site. However, colors can vary slightly on different screens. Please note that all measurements are approximate.

RETURNS
​
We offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order on all regularly priced items.
All sales are final after 14 days of receipt except sale items.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.
Custom-made products can not be returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Within a certain number of days, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE
​
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@studio-augustin.com to check if we have replacement stock and send your damaged item to:

All return and exchange shipping fees will be fully charged.
We recommend that you send the package with tracking and insured for the item's total value. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred during shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
