SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch the stocked items in 1-3 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination and are automatically calculated during check out.
We ship with FedEX, GLS, DHL or Ctt.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries:
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
PAYMENTS
All prices are final prices excluding shipping costs.
We accept PayPal or payment by bank transfer. All transactions will be in Euro.
Please note that all charges for bank transfer are for the customer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to ensure product photographs and descriptions listed on the site are accurate. However, colours can slightly vary on different screens. Please note all measurements are approximate.
RETURNS
We offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items.
All sales are final after 14 days of receipt except sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@studio-augustin.com to check if we have replacement stock and send your damaged item to:

We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
